On 20 December 2024, Ingress Corporation Berhad signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Global NEV Technology Sdn Bhd (GNEV) to collaborate on the potential importation, assembly, and distributorship of commercial electric vehicles by Wuling Motors, one of China's leading automotive manufacturers. This partnership is set to serve both the Malaysian market and export opportunities.

Under the terms of the MOU, Ingress will contribute its technical expertise in establishing local manufacturing and assembly operations for all electric vehicles imported into Malaysia by GNEV. Additionally, Ingress will coordinate with relevant authorities to ensure all local regulations and standards are fully complied with.

This collaboration reflects a shared commitment to advancing sustainable mobility solutions and enhancing Malaysia’s position in the electric vehicle market. It also sets the stage for exploring broader opportunities within the Asia region, leveraging both companies' strengths to meet growing demand for innovative and eco-friendly transportation.
