Job Description

  • To record into system for Customer Order forms.
  • To ensure Sales Consultant complete all documents relating to loan submission and registration in booking file and order form fully filled and duly sign.
  • To generate insurance and process new registration in company and MYSIKAP system.
  • To provide Sales Consultant with information and solutions relating to vehicle sales to meet their needs and desires.
  • Handle all documentations relating to vehicle sales in the sales office.
  • Prepare and generate monthly reports as well as monitor the renewal of vehicles road tax and insurance.
  • To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
  • To prepare and maintain proper records and files of all the customers.
  • Monitor and ensure timely disbursement from end-financer.
  • Follow up on progress billings, collection and within the stipulated time-frame
  • To arrange PUSPAKOM Inspection.
  • Liaise with JPJ / PUSPAKOM regarding any issued related.
  • Monitor, planning and liaise with Finance department regarding MYSIKAP and excise fund.
  • To prepare invoice for Bank and customer (key-in into system).
  • Liaise with stock controller regarding vehicle stock and allocation.
  • To prepare all Memo relating to Sales department (refund, endorsement etc).

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent with automotive related experience
  • Preferably with some working experience in administration, stock handling and customer service
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu
  • Committed and resourceful
  • Ability to interact with all levels of people to address arising issues
  • Independent and able to work under pressure
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and adhere to deadlines.
