Job Description

  • Performing recruitment function to ensure all recruitment needs are filled-up on time which include preparing job adverts, shortlisting, interviewing, appointment letter and staff on-boarding.
  • Monitoring on the staff movement including staff confirmation, transfer, resignation, upgrade and promotion. He / She able to assist in workforce requirements and planning.
  • Providing functional guidance, advice, information and to support the Management on HR related policies, procedures and practices.
  • Coordinate Training Need Analysis (TNA) to determine the training need.
  • Developing Annual Training Plans (ATP) in consultation with Group Training & Development (GTD).
  • Coordination and communication of all training activities (In-house and External courses).
  • Preparing personnel and training budget, and effectively monitor related expenditures to ensure the cost stay within budgetary allocations.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the senior management.


Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration / Management or related field.
  • Preferably Senior Executive level with HR working experience in automotive manufacturing components industries or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and able to evaluate. Candidate are also shall demonstrate integrity, objectivity, positive values and work ethics.
  • Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken. 
  • Good IT skills and proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Self-managing, systematic, organized and willing to learn.
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Highly motivated personnel who can work independently, creatively and result-oriented.
