Job Description
- Perform work as described on job order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with BMW factory and BMW Center standards.
- Plays a key role in ensuring each customer receives a premium experience throughout the life of a vehicle.
- Making appointments, processing repair orders, quotes and invoices.
- Providing customer support via phone and face-to-face at the dealership.
- Qualifying customer problems and logging them for technicians to review.
- Ensuring customer approval for all remedial work to be carried out.
- Promoting our range of vehicle parts and accessories.
- Estimating costs and time for work to be carried out, and maintaining customer contact to ensure smooth delivery of vehicle.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a professional certificate in Automotive Engineering [ILP, SKM, Vocational or equivalent] or Diploma in Automotive Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related fields.
- Good command in spoken and written communications skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in using Dealership Management System DMS and must have good analytical skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Highly motivated personnel who can work independently, creatively and result-oriented.
